All events will be held in the SLC Ballroom.  For anyone attending with special needs the Ballroom is located on the first floor of the building and equipped with access ramps and elevators for easy navigation.  Service animals – guide dogs, signal dogs, or other animals individually trained to provide assistance to a person with a disability – are permitted.  Handicap parking is available across campus, with a limited number of spots available at the venue.
